These terms govern your booking of our online group coaching course (the "Programme"). By completing payment and ticking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to them.
Gajos Coaching is a sole proprietorship (Einzelfirma) owned by Kasia Gajos, based in Wallisellen, Switzerland ("we", "us"). Contact: kasia@mail.kasiagajos.com. "You" means the person booking a place.
The Programme is delivered entirely online. It consists of live group sessions by video call, live Q&A sessions, online course materials, and a group chat for support between sessions. The content, schedule and format are described on the Programme page at the time you book.
We may adjust the content, order of sessions or individual session dates where needed, provided the overall scope of the Programme stays substantially the same. We will give you reasonable notice of any change.
Prices are shown in CHF, EUR or USD and are final. Any currency conversion or bank fees charged by your own bank are your responsibility. Payments are processed by Stripe.
Promotional discounts (for example early bird, event or referral discounts) cannot be combined, and only one discount applies per booking.
You can pay the full fee at once, or in two instalments of 50% each where offered:
Choosing instalments does not change your obligation. You owe the full Programme fee from the moment you are admitted, whether or not you attend sessions, use the materials, or decide to stop participating.
If the second instalment fails, we will notify you and you have 7 days to pay. After that, we may suspend your access to sessions, materials and the group chat until payment is received. The outstanding amount remains due, and we may charge default interest of 5% per year under Swiss law and pursue collection.
Once you are admitted, your booking cannot be cancelled, refunded, postponed to a later cohort or transferred to another person. Missed sessions are not refunded or replaced, though you can watch the recording (section 9).
If you are a consumer living in the EU, EEA or UK, the law of your country may give you a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase, starting on the day the contract is concluded.
At checkout, you expressly request that we give you immediate access to the online course materials and start providing the Programme before the 14-day period ends. You acknowledge that:
To withdraw, send us a clear written statement by email within the period. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
The Programme runs in small groups and requires a minimum number of participants. If a cohort does not reach that number, or if we must cancel for another reason, we will contact you personally to agree on one of these options:
If we have not agreed on an option within 14 days of our notice, we refund you in full. We are not liable for any other costs, such as travel or time off work.
If an individual session cannot take place as planned, we reschedule it at the earliest reasonable date.
You have access to the course materials and session recordings for 12 months from the Programme start date. Access is personal and may not be shared.
Sessions are recorded and the recordings are shared only with participants of the same cohort. You may not download, copy, distribute or share recordings, materials or group chat content outside the group.
All materials remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal development only, and not in your own training, coaching or commercial work.
What participants share in sessions and in the group chat is confidential. You agree not to disclose another participant's identity, story or personal information outside the group.
You agree to treat other participants and us with respect, and not to use the group to sell, recruit or promote your own services.
If you seriously or repeatedly breach section 9 or 10, or behave in a way that disrupts the group or harms other participants, we may remove you from the Programme, usually after a warning. In serious cases we may act without a warning. Removal ends your access to sessions, materials and the group chat. No refund is due, and any unpaid instalment remains payable.
Coaching supports you in clarifying your goals and taking action. It is not therapy, psychological or medical treatment, or legal, financial or career placement services.
You remain fully responsible for your own decisions and their results. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as a new job, promotion or income.
If you are receiving psychological or medical treatment, or are unsure whether coaching is right for you at this time, please speak to your healthcare provider before joining and let us know.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid for the Programme. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost income or opportunities. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, which Swiss law does not allow us to exclude.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet connection, devices, or third-party platforms (such as the video call, chat or payment providers).
If illness, technical failure or another event outside our reasonable control prevents us from delivering a session, we reschedule it. This is not a breach of these terms.
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The version of these terms accepted at checkout applies to your booking. Later changes do not affect bookings already made.
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts at the seat of Gajos Coaching (Canton of Zurich) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living outside Switzerland, you keep any protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you, including the right to bring proceedings there.
If any provision is found invalid, the rest of these terms remain in force.
