Executive career coaching for women
For the longest time I thought a quiet life meant giving up ambition. That I had to prove myself to earn respect. I was wrong. Creating my own version of success let me set bigger goals, on my own terms, with more freedom to actually enjoy hitting them.
Now, I work with women who have invested 10 or more years in their careers, helping them decide, on their own terms, what actually comes next without losing everything they have built to get there.

"I never told this to anyone" is the sentence I hear most often.

About me
In September 2006, I packed a suitcase and boarded a plane to study at Imperial College London. I thought I knew English. For the first week, I didn't understand a thing. I also thought life would be a straight line: the right studies, a good job, pension contributions and savings, then a happy retirement.
My definition of success was simple: be very good at working hard and you will be rewarded. It is not surprising, considering I grew up in post-communist Poland.
I followed that path for the next 15 years. Deloitte in London. Senior Director in telecom in Zurich. A clear path to C-level. A six-figure salary for years. I knew which levers to pull and, by all accounts, I was going places.
Then, in one year, came burnout, my father's death and my mother's diagnosis with advanced Alzheimer's. While packing up my parents' belongings, I asked myself for the first time:
What do I actually want?
It took me four years to admit that being good at the corporate world wasn't the same as wanting it. I needed my own definition of success, one big enough for all of me.
Mine is full of contradictions:
It took me four years. I've since helped women get their answer and first steps in 6 weeks.
I no longer try to please everyone or sacrifice myself to stay useful. I no longer define myself by a title or a company logo. But I am still every bit as ambitious. I want to make an impact and live fully, just on my terms.
I rebuilt ambition around the woman I am now, almost 40, with everything I learned through both failure and success.
I am proud of every woman I have worked with who stopped waiting for someone to give her permission and took bold steps to create the life that matches the whole of them.
That is what I wish for you too:
a decision you don't have to explain to anyone.
My mission is simple: to help you stop wondering what's next.
One thing I've learned: There is no single right definition of success.
Many began with no idea what they wanted. Others knew exactly what they wanted but did not know how to make it real. We start where you are at.

In their words
From our very first session, I felt completely at ease. She didn't just listen, she asked thoughtful, powerful questions that made me pause and see things from a different angle.
Elena D., FounderEvery session feels like a gentle yet powerful unraveling of what truly matters, often uncovering the real issue hidden beneath the surface. She intuitively guided me toward clarity I didn't even know I needed.
Dessislava P., Senior Project Manager, Global SustainabilityKasia has helped me shift my patterns of negative thinking around myself and my abilities. It feels like peeling away layers of false narratives I've built over the years.
Joelie S., SolopreneurHer calm and curious approach creates a reflective space where one feels comfortable exploring what's beneath the surface. I've been able to make decisions involving complex scenarios with relative ease.
Rajyashree I., Marketing ExecutiveI was coached by Kasia during a major life transition, relocating to a new country and reinventing myself. Her ability to get straight to the core of what matters creates space for real progress.
Lakme J., Director, Customer Success and StrategyHer insights and constructive feedback have been invaluable. She takes the time to understand my goals and challenges, and guides me through complex situations with clarity and perspective.
One thing I've learned is that there is never a perfect time. Every time I thought I saw a light at the end of the tunnel, something unexpected happened. I get it. I also know that nothing changes unless you take action. The call is always yours.
That's fair, and I appreciate your honesty. Coaching is a very personal relationship. Trust your gut first. Book a discovery call, meet me and decide then.
I'm sure you could. It took me four years to reach this place. I organised what I learned, added twenty years of experience and kept refining it through my work with remarkable women, so you can move faster. Most women get there in 90 days.
Absolutely not. Many women arrived thinking they knew, then changed their minds after two sessions. We start where you are.
I'll be there with you on WhatsApp. When life happens, doubts creep in or you need support with a specific situation, you can message me. That is why I offer only a limited number of places at a time.
Of course. I lead every session and programme myself. Even in my group programme, I include private 1:1 sessions because not every topic belongs in a group conversation.
You worked hard to get where you are. It's time it started working for you.
