These terms apply when you give us your name and email address to receive a free resource or our newsletter. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how we handle your personal data.
Gajos Coaching is a sole proprietorship (Einzelfirma) owned by Kasia Gajos, based in Wallisellen, Switzerland ("we", "us"). Contact: kasia@mail.kasiagajos.com.
When you submit your name and email address through a form on our website, you receive:
The form tells you at the point of sign-up which of these you are agreeing to. We send the newsletter only with your consent.
We may ask you to confirm your sign-up by clicking a link in an email (double opt-in). Until you confirm, we will not send you the newsletter.
We aim to send the newsletter regularly, typically up to once a week, with occasional extra emails around a course launch or event. Frequency may change.
You can unsubscribe at any time, free of charge, using the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to us. Unsubscribing does not affect resources you have already received.
Please use your own name and a valid email address that belongs to you. You must be at least 18 years old to sign up.
We store your name and email address with our email service provider, Kit (ConvertKit LLC), which may process data outside Switzerland. Details, including your rights to access and delete your data, are in our Privacy Policy.
All free resources remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, resell, republish, share publicly or use them in your own training or coaching work without our written permission.
Free resources are general information. They do not replace individual coaching, therapy, or legal, financial or medical advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result from using them.
We may change, update or stop offering any free resource or the newsletter at any time, without notice.
The resources and newsletter are provided free of charge and as they are. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from their use. This does not limit liability for intent or gross negligence, which Swiss law does not allow us to exclude.
We may update these terms. The version published on our website applies from the date of publication.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The courts at the seat of Gajos Coaching (Canton of Zurich) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living outside Switzerland, you keep any protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you.
